DAY TWO HUNDRED: my fingers are very painful and stiff at the moment, so I’m working a little at a time on this painting during my annual retreat at #buddhafieldfestival.

And a cheeky bit of clay too! This heart is actually a #seedbomb ♥️ painful to make, but full of loving intention and wishes.
